Co-founder & CEO
Radu Pace
My extensive experience led to the development and implementation of innovative communication strategies, positioning fintech and insurance startups and companies as industry leaders in Romania and globally.
During my press career, I showcased my abilities for writing and communication through the publication of over 5000 articles in Romania's leading newspapers. Covering a range of topics from economics to politics, technology, and justice. My early career in NGOs and the Big Four showcased my capacity to adapt and excel in diverse environments.
With academic training in political science from SNSPA, complemented by master's studies at the same university and experience at Université Libre de Bruxelles, I possess a deep understanding of the global context in which modern communication operates.

Cristian Untaru
Driven by curiosity, I constantly seek new knowledge and skills, helping startups and companies in a wide range of fields to be at the forefront of industry in which they operate.
I launched my professional career in business development at IKEA Group and later undertook consultancy projects for organizations like Shaping New Tomorrow and DESMI. Through the founding of ICUS Consulting, I specialized in SoMe Marketing, effectively helping companies expand their presence and influence on social media.
Combining my academic background from Aalborg University, where I earned a master's degree in Innovation, Knowledge and Entrepreneurial Dynamics, along with a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration, I bring a significant impact to the growth and success of companies.
